What AirBack is — and isn't

AirBack is a self-help tracking tool for people who want to quit vaping or nicotine pouches. It provides tracking, planning, motivational features, and general health information.

AirBack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health milestones shown in the app are general public-health information, not personal predictions. Talk to your doctor about quitting nicotine — especially if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition.

Subscriptions and purchases

• AirBack Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your Apple account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
• Prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• The craving-SOS tool is free and will remain free.

Your responsibilities

Use the app lawfully and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent it. The app and its content (design, text, graphics, the AirBack name) belong to Hawkeye Research Inc.

Your data

Your quit data lives on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your device backups; because we keep no server copy, we cannot restore data you delete.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hawkeye Research Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including Canadian consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@airback.app.

Governing law: Alberta, Canada. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
